Summary: Location was great (huge supermarket next door, close to the waterfront and easy walk to the main shops and restaurants). The little kitchen was very convenient too. Biggest drawback was the room cleanliness as it was very dusty. The bedside table area above the bed had a thick layer of dust which then fell on to our pillows and duvets - which wasn't great for me and my partner as we ended up with stuffy noses due to the dust. I ended up wiping the surfaces down myself with a damp cloth. The shelves inside the wardrobe too had a layer of dirt including hair and had clearly not been cleaned. Maybe the Cleaner had a bad day. As the lift accessible main entrance has restricted opening times (9am -9pm) and most international flight arrival /departure times are early morning/late night, this meant we had to drag heavy suitcases up/down a flight of steps to access the out of house side entrance when checking in/vacating , as that side entrance has no lift accessible. Please do rectify that, to make it more convenient for travellers. I've given 4 stars because of your great location. It would have been 5 stars, if the room hadn't been so dusty.

Summary: The room was smaller than the pictures indicated. Parking in this area if you choose to get a rental car is not ideal at all.

Summary: Our Aparthotel was too small for 4 people it was designed for. The bedroom was overwhelmed by bed. There was no access from one side and only a foot of space on the other. Otherwise, the suite was well appointed and taken care of. There is no front desk. We had to check in with a robot.

Summary: Room wise and location wise are good. But response to my message/inquiry was not promptly responded and only responded after several messages follow up which I can prove using my chain of messages. Other hotels accomodation that I have used using Hotels.com normally gave response within 6-8 hours. Considering that I paid alot for 4 night stay, it was overprice (noted it is around xmas holiday season but still overpriced) and service was not upto par. So unfortunately, i will stay elsewhere in my next visit to Tromso

Summary: The room was full of dust. I’m allergic and had a pretty bad time. It seemed that the curtains, carpet, mattress and sofa were not regularly cleaned. There was a thick layer of dust in the shelf behind the bed, but you could breathe the dust in the air anyways. Additionally, the staff was not particularly welcoming when we came to ask for instructions to use the storage room as we checked in a bit earlier. You get the feeling that “you’re on your own”.
